Restaurant
Thanks to our 20 years experience we were able to obtain the old barn restaurant with a cozy lounge with 30 seats, a heated veranda with 60 seats and a large outdoor area. In the kitchen we have a small wood oven where we make bread, roasts, the roast vegetables.
We offer our guests typical dishes of the Garfagnana and exclusive recipes made with trout of our farm. We invite you to enjoy the Focaccia Leva of Gallicano combined with salami and pecorino from the Garfagnana and smoked trout produced in our company. This may be continued by pasta and meat dishes and could be concluded with homemade cakes. We are open all year round. In winter we close on Monday evening and Tuesday. Our scenic tables offer you a day of good food and relaxation.
