“La Jara” fishing farm produces trouts sice 25 years in the clean water of Turrite river. The farm uses spring water and regularly cleaned tanks to make a very good product. This is the only farm in the Tuscany that breeds the yellow trout, called Japanese. "La Jara" is equipped with fish filleting facilities and a machine for smoking trouts, using aromatic wood of the forests of Calomini.

Trouts live only in spring waters, without any form of pollution. They have low cholesterol and their meat is recommended for feeding children.
